CHERYL D. HOLMES MILLER

Cheryl D. Miller, acclaimed New York Corporate Communications Designer, legacy Visual Artist, and Fine Artist is inspired by the “New Generation” NYC Abstract Expressionists and Fauvists. Miller’s captures are contemporary design blends of world colors and global places. Her famed corporate communications design career and design firm, Cheryl D. Miller Design Inc., as well as her professional archives and design scholarship is now collected as The Cheryl D. Miller Collection at Stanford University. The National AIGA Design Profiles, catalogues her scholarship and design industry advocacy and contributions. She has completed her academic studies at The Pratt Institute, The Maryland Institute College of Art, The Rhode Island School of Design. 

Miller’s St. Thomas US Virgin Island Caribbean Collection of Historical St. Thomas Scenic Views are her “Coming of Age” Painting Memories of her maternal heritage; they take us straight to Paradise! This collection is valuable as major hurricanes have eroded art collections and memories of a Centennial USVI, 1917-2017. Inspired by those artists who have come to paint and leave legacy memories, she is also leaving an archive of St. Thomas USVI island paintings as well.
